This contract includes all the works necessary for the rehabilitation of the RN 7 road in the governorate of Bizerte over a length of 27.5 km, they include:
- 70 Hydraulic works
- Earthworks
- Pavements
- Development of crossroads
- Crossings and drainage works
- Signage and safety structures
- Retaining walls

- Landfill or landfill: 270,000 m3
- Loan for backfill: 180,000 m3
- Demolition of structures: 1,950 m3
- Pavement body: 217,500 m3
- 240,000 m2 cut bak impregnation
- Double-layer coating: 235,000 m2
- Bituminous concrete: 12,000 tonnes
- Gabions: 8,000 m3
